If you are unable to reach YGO Takeaway directly, you may contact YGO EATS at hello@ygoeats.co.uk, providing the name and address of the Restaurant, the date the order was placed, the amount charged, the order reference number shown on the order confirmation issued by YGO Takeaway, along with a contact name and telephone number.
YGO EATS will make reasonable efforts to contact the Restaurant on your behalf and will respond to you within 14 working days. YGO EATS does not process refunds and has no authority to make refund decisions, which remain the sole responsibility of the Restaurant.
